  4. Develop a plan: Using the information gathered in our session, I'll help you create a personalized plan for healing. This plan will be tailored to your unique needs and will provide guidance for moving forward.

  5. Ongoing support: After our session, you'll have access to ongoing support via email. If you need additional coaching sessions, we can schedule those as well.
